My only complaint is the Q doesnt really seem to matter lol if i have 10 games on my list they can send me anything from the first on the list to #10.  kind of annoying sometimes but at the same time, they woulnt be on the list if i didnt want to play them....so i guess i dont really have too much to complain about....although they do sometimes wait up to 5 days after recieving a game to send out another

 

Apart from the availability, which seems to matter, I haven't had any trouble with them taking a long time in sending games out, but I guess having one of their centers in the same city I live in is what makes them quick in that regard.
