I agree. A lot of the "third-wave" stuff is just downright annoying to me these days, but there are several "diamonds in the rough", so to speak.
I just hate the stigma the overall genre gets, which prevents some from listening to bands, like Streetlight, despite the fact that they are some of the more original and talented musicians around today.
