DVD Players can upscale now for not a whole lot more. A lot of people think that it is enough as it is an improvement over SD and not too far off of true HD. As long as a DVD player w/ built-in upscaler is nearly as good as Blu-Ray and cheaper Blue-Ray is going to struggle.
You do not have the right to never be offended.
