Um, is it just me or did that blog post have absolutely no factual evidence about how long the 360 port would take? It basically quoted a bunch of things people at square have said over the past months, and then suddenly conjectured that an xbox port could be the only reason to delay the game, based on the fact that "the devil's usually in the details."
I think the blogger may be slightly unhinged...
