Can't compete with the DS, so will now try to compete with the iPhone?
Could work, Playstation has as much brand recognition as "i". If the phone undercuts the the iPhone pricewise, and you get content from the PSN (directly and via your PS3) then it could be a pretty strong formula.
I'd get it in preference to any "i" device. But as I'm unlikely to ever buy an "i" device I am probably not going to be in the market for a PSPhone either.
