Are you watching it in HD. I took your advice, because obviously i need other people to tell me what i saw, and I see individual feathers on the creatures neck. At the very first reveal of the creature and he screams you see feathers.

Yes I was, and I do see individual feathers.... but they don't look like real feathers anymore than if I cut out an elipse of paper with a couple of notches in it.
I can see the potential in it... as has been proved, it is early footage, the developers won't have been thinking about making them look better until they have the main game finished..... I mean look at the difference in The Conduit from the early, to current footage, it looked worse than a launch GCube game back when we first got videos.... I just don't understand how you think they looked anything near real.

I think the devs want the creature to look this way, they made it look like it was chained and locked away in some cell and been mistreated by its captures, it almost looks sick and dying. We can clearly see that its wings have been clipped and its feathers plucked, the creature looks disturbing and sad which I think is the point.
