Quick localization should mean that there won't be a huge gap between the Japanese release and US/Europe releases. That's at least something good.
Edit: This means that FFXIII won't come out in Japan (where it's PS3 exclusive) before 360 version is done?
And I don't blame M, I blame SE. They could have made it cheap and fast (faster atleast...) by going 2D, but no they keep thinking 3D is the way of the future :p
