I try to keep my eye on Mac security threats. So far the most dangerous ones have been trojans distributed with illegal software downloads. I haven't seen any that don't require user interaction on some level, and as far as I know, most require an administrator password.
In nearly a decade working on Mac support for 50+ workstations, I've seen one harmless macrovirus which spreads though Office. I've spent more time dealing with false positives from our AV software or virus issues on our few Windows installations.
Security through obscurity isn't a guarantee, but it is real.
