I am not so sure Sony will have as good a go of it as Microsoft. Within the first ten minutes of their press conference some statements shine out that will probably get them the failing mark.
The year of the PS3, The biggest exclusives, A flood of new Content, a ton of great upgrades. Needless to say the hyperbole was rife. Given that the console fell flat in the second half of last year none of it really petered out. So Kotaku has a lot of ammunition. Even if they let half of the statements slide they are probably still going to hit south of Microsoft in their ratings.
