I swear if my country was bigger it would rank up there. It's just too small to even qualify but I assure you I work in an alcohol manufacturing company and 'recession' has no effect on it. We drink here everyday. There are no curfews. No brown bags to hide bottles. No *enforced* drunk driving laws.
