even if apple bought EA it cant its a violation of the contract it has with the NFL and NFLPA. that would open things up for 2k to make NFL games again, and hey sony, and MS to do the same... though even when there were 4 NFL games out a season it was just madden and 2k 

 

Please, elaborate. The contract with these teams is for licensing - using player names and likeness, as well as team colors/logos. Not that this would happen, but if it DID, there's nothing telling the developer/publisher what platforms it should deliver the game to. Personally, it wouldn't matter. Sports games are boring.
