I can see LO helping to boost sales of hardware but is the VF series a proven system mover? I honestly dont know (the last fighters that I remember hearing about pushing hardware was Street Fighter II and Mortal Kombat). Microsoft appears to have bigger problems in the japanese market than software, more of an image issue than anything tangible I think.
