I have runned the connection through my wireless and without it straight from the fiberconnection to the computer and stil same effect.
If it is the ISp liting my service how can the close my ports in the computer? and if all ports are cölosed as the dl programs say then i woudlnt be able to sufr at all.
You have any other ideas I cant connect the the link you gave me, it tries but doesnd succed.
