Hmmm, I have an issue with P2P programs that don't connect at all, but my DD works fine. Maybe your ISP is shapping your traffic like mine
I use this program to bypass the traffic shapping, you might wanna try to use it, it doesn't need to be configurated at all, you just run and connect. Problem is, while it enables my P2P, it also makes browsing a pain since it makes it slow and the thing that appears at the top is annoying, so you might wanna consider other solutions. But this may work for the time being, at least with it I can download P2P at good speeds
