They only spent $20 million during all these years? They must have been really understaffed or the employees were working for free...
At least it explains why they always needed to update engines, with so few employees you just can't finish the game on time to make it modern.
PS: Maybe Take 2 execs just miss the feeling of being involved with the judicial system. You know, with Jack Thompson out of the picture and all that.
