Splinter Cell isin't Xbox exclusive

neither is Sonic or Solid snake on Wii...

Nintendo put sonic in it bc what they did for sonic and mario at the olympics. Kojima begged to get Snake in ssbb if you believe some sources. Nintendo doesn't care for snake, the game would have sold as good without him.

I don't think that is true.  Especially since Kojima never actually worked on a nintendo platform.  When NINTENDO aproached Konami about puting metal gear on the gamecube, Konami let them do it, but made them use one of their second parties (Silicon Knights) to develope it.

I think it might have been the other way around, nintendo begging konami for the rights to use snake, but I don't think kojima would have really cared enough to make a stink about it.  Especially when Kojima is a pretty obvious sony fan.

I don't mean to start a flame war or anything, but why in the world would Nintendo beg to get Snake in Brawl? It would totally go against their family friendly image and what not.

I thought it was a well known fact that Kojima asked Sakurai (creator of Brawl) to put Snake into Melee, but the game was too far in development for him to get included. But since they're apparently friends, Sakurai put Snake in Brawl.

Nintendo has enough choices for a roster that they can use up before they have to beg Konami for anything.

lol, then what are games like resident evil and mad world doing on the wii.  Believe it or not, snake is a popular video game character, in fact, much more popular than say ike (from fire emblem).  So for nintendo to want him in brawl makes a lot of sense.  Also, including the character in snake doesn't diminish the family friendly image in the least as we can see with brawl.

however, you may be right about kojima requesting him for brawl, or at least he requested him for melee.
