well, yes i grinded because I was trying to do all the sidequests this time through. Maybe that is why the first time i played it was easier. Yet, it's not really that the units i'm going against are that much tougher, it's the abilities the boss's use, which should be the same no matter what level you are on. Like total domination which has them take control of one my units and then that unit one hit kills my other units.
Stuff like that is insanely unfair. I guess it's no secret this game was rushed through QA, but they could at least patch it to make it more reasonable.
