Then Major Nelson said he was asked why he is "major" and not wearing an uniform. He answered he would never do this, because of the respect he has for the soldiers etc. Then he changed the topic pretty fast. I don't know if they are showing this @ E3 though, but they are definately working on it. So if this turns out to be true, you are not allowed to doubt me ever again.
