My 360 Red ringed twice. Got it fixed once for free, then I bought a Jasper model for $300 (with a bigger hard drive, and two free games).  Sold my old one for $95.

My cousin's PS3 died once, and it cost him $150 and all of his game saves.

I don't think either of us feel like winners, here.
