I think you're confusing that with a Mary Sue.

Breaking the fourth wall in your first few comics is not a good sign.

 

 

Last I checked, the fourth wall was a tool, not an absolute rule to follow. And it doesn't actually affect the story strips. Note those are separate.

You don't have to like this, but the fourth wall is not a good reason to dislike it. At least read the whole damn thing, and comment on that, instead of making snap judgements. If you still don't like it, then let me know.
