He promised me December 2008, then February, then May, then June, and now July....

 

Tims powers are really only over the weather. So all he can really promise you is that it will be a sunny day when you open the package and play Little-Kings-Story. He also promises that the next few days after that will have terrible weather to help encourage you to stay inside and play the game.

 

He had better keep that promise...!!!

 

If he doesn't then he'll have to live with the shame every time he sees your face. Too bad for him, it'll be an almost daily ritual of humiliation if he doesn't pull through for you.
