Question - Does Resistance 2 serveres have problems?

I played 2 multiplayer matches. I looked at my profile after and the XP I got from those matches wasnt there.

Are they telling me that not only I have to get 10.000 kills, sometimes some of my kills arent going to count?

If thats true, F*****K!!!
