notice the "24 - 48 hours." and they have not replied!! its actualluy been a month! this just shows u how sonny costumer service is

Honestly I just don't think they took your email seriously. Maybe if you correct the spelling and grammar errors and tone down the fact that it should be a Wii then they will reply with a serious response. Although like most major corporations and will be taken with a grain of salt and will be lost in a ocean of voices. It isn't just Sony but I understand your frustration in receiving no response.
