It just seems like they'd work well off each other. Sony is good at making good products that cost way too much, and Apple is good at convincing people to pay too much. Both are (supposedly) known for quality and reliability. I think they could both expand a lot of their current projects off one anothers assets.
Not to mention, they're both in strong competition with Microsoft.
