I don't have a specific list (these days), but without ranking them SMG and CoD4 would be there (Top 10). Mass Effect would probably fall just outside top 10.
Bioshock and MGS4 are the only other games that I can think of that are worthy of such praise, but they'd be between 15-25 on my list.
If we're talking about handhelds.. Jump Ultimate Stars and Professor Layton would be 20-30 on my list.
