That's very, very, very, unlikely. They would make a exclusive sequel to one of the bestselling gta ever for PS3, a console with the smallest userbase? Euuh, no way.
Despite the huge sales of gta4 take two still made a loss. Releasing gta: San andrea's 2 for the PS3 only, when they need more income, is not going to happen. The investments alone would probaly never be covered, let alone any gains. It cost them like a 100 million to make the last one.
