I was in the same situation as you, but reversed. In the end I sold my PS3, used the money to upgrade my home theater and buy a stand alone blu-ray player and couldn't be happier. Sure I will miss out on some cool games on the PS3 but with my limited free time I really can only support one console these days anyway.
I started out with 360 + Wii, then got the PS3, then sold the Wii, and then the PS3. It's very tough to support all the great games across all 3 consoles this gen.
