Umm.... yeah...
Apple and MS aren't on nearly as bad terms as you think, and the PS3 is no Mac (no, not even kind of). If anything is "a Mac" it is the Wii. So it is NOT all good for you.
Plus, the contracts for MADDEN require that games NOT be exclusive, so its not as if Apple can simply withold Madden from Sony, MS and Nintendo.
News flash!!!! Apple is a business - just like MSontendo. There are only 2 wise moves from acquiring EA - console wise. (1.) Lauch hardware using EA as a ready-made software studio or (2.) make software for ALL consoles and make money (they hope) while shifting lots of support to I-phone/I-pod. They will not hold out on MS just for spite (it would be foolish), plus MS/Apple are more friendly than you might think (MS even owns a bit bite of Apple).
Either way, EA is irrelivant to me - since the last EA game (and only EA game I purchased in the last 8 years) was Red Alert 3. Since SC2 and SUPCOM are still going strong - who cares.
Apple could totally screw MSontendo and the PC, I could care less. On the other hand, they could turn it around and EApple could be relevant. Either way, I win.
