Easy.
Add a new user.
Create a new PSN account for them. Use a different email and state you live in US. Use any large US company for an address - Sony, Microsoft, Oracle, etc. Just pick one and get its address in US off the internet.
You now have a US account and can download demos, etc. from US PSN store (and Ragboll for free at the moment).
Oh, and the following are all good in different ways - check online and see which suits you.

Super Stardust
Pixel Junk Eden
Pixel Junk Monsters
Everyday Shooter
