And it makes better sense why it'd be cut off at that point, too.

if you really want to get specific...it varies on computer....my comp get the full 4.00GB...i have a 32 bit OS...and my brother's comp with the same 32 bit OS gets 3.325 GB..both of us have windows vista home premium....32 bit version of course..
