What other things, he didn't complete his term as US senetor from Illinois and is only a few months in to his presdidential term. He doesn't deserve a degree. Heck even Arizona State University invited him for graduation and didn't give him a degree. He has done nothing but brain washed young voters and liberals last summer to earn thaeir vote.

How is this a hate thread, I don't agree with a lot of his policies but I don't hate him. Also what other things would he be rewarded for.

Maybe they like his policies, or maybe they think he's making some good decisions as a president. Why not ask them?

 

This is probably one of your worst arguments Montana. I mean c'mon, are you just trying to fool with me? Do you not know the different views of social issues between the the vatican, catholics and obama?

 

No, no. I'm a complete idiot and I don't realize that liberal policies conflict with Catholic beliefs. Spot on, good sir. No, but really. It's possible that they like his ideas about healthcare, the economy, or a bajillion other things. People and groups are allowed to be selective. I think it's actually a great thing that a highly Catholic university is willing to put aside differences like these. I don't know what other reasons they have for giving Obama an award. Like I said, ask them. I don't go to the university and I certainly don't want to.

Basically, the first thing you said when I claimed that they gave him an award despite religious differences is that Obama never accomplished anything and he brainwashed liberals to win the election. So yeah...if my arguments suck, your arguments are a complete waste of time.
