I think the 360 couldn't play the games as they are mainly due to the fact that they are made to the strengths of the PS3. If the same games were remade for the 360 we might have similarly impressive games which are strong in different ways.
From an experience standpoint though , the PS3 does seem to have the technical advantage when it comes to the games we've seen.
