1. The first PSP is fat(er) than PSP 2000 (Slim) and PSP 3000. I don't know much about 2000 and 3000 differences, I only own the first one. Its also heavier (doh).
2. Its not bad, but its pretty quiet, it works good with earphones, but alone, it isn't really much (at least mine -> PSP 1000)
3. You need MagicGate cards. I think some bundles (maybe just PSP's too?) include Sony 1GB memory cards. You can buy third party ones too.
4. You need to get it separate. But only PSP 2000 and PSP 3000 have TV plug in. I don't know how it looks on TV.
