It really depends on how well the motion camera is implemeted for the 360 and if it works well. If both are yes then it would be a big annoucement
I think that if the PS3 Slim did show up at E3 it would be big but it would only bigger then the motion camera if a price cut accompanied it as well.
But I seriously hope that for the gamers sake that this is not their main annoucements. I want games, exclusive good looking and fun games.
