axumblade said: I have to agree with Undying, JRPG's are very story oriented and putting them into a demo never can live up to anything. I did enjoy the Eternal Sonata demo on the PS3 but I'm not sure if it's the same demo and i mainly just thought it was really pretty. x.o Although most people aren't a fan of it.
Eternal Sonata had an amazing trailer. It reminds me so much of old Disney trailers.
I have the game but haven't gotten far yet. It's a really pretty game and I like the story thus far. I just never got a chance to get too far into it.
Its half a game with a cop out ending.
damn. I heard they added stuff to the PS3 version but I highly doubt they would have added THAT MUCH to the rest of the story.
I'm serious. One moment they are travling back to a city, then all of a sudden the main bad guy (whom you barly know about and the main character have never met) attacks them and after he is defeated you go into an alternate dimension and hang around there for a little while, and go through a crappy dungeon, then beat the game.
You are like WTF the whole time.
That sucks. :/ I had to look at the spoiler. I hear that the dungeons take forever to get through too...
There are a few that come to mind. Its a shame really, the game was pretty good up until the bogus ending. That game would have really benifited from at least 15-20 more hours. It was like the developers where creating an epic long game, then the boss came in and said they have to hurry and finish the game.
