So you finished your playthrough?... and Ike was the only character you maxed out?  Even if you go into the final chapters with all lvl 17 teir 3 units, there should be enough experience to max them all out by the final level.

I meant in Path of Radiance.

I'm sitll in 4-3 or something in Radiant Dawn.
