Barrymore, Downey Jr, and Aerosmith all fit the bill quite well. I'm surprised nobody mentioned the man himself, ELVIS. But when I saw this thread, I was sure it was gonna get some Mickey Rourke mentions. And how about Gloria Swanson's comeback in Sunset Boulevard. :P
