Exclusive coded to specifically target a given console are good.

Exclusive that are only exclusives due to moneyhatting, or a designer hating a console, are bad.

Non-exclusives that are competent and enjoyable across all consoles they are on is good.

Non-exclusives that don't launch at the same time are bad.

And then there is the "each console gets its own content". I think this is bad, most of the time. There is NO reason why the PS3 and 360 couldn't BOTH have Yoda and Darth Vader in the latest Soul Calib.
