Doubtful. Kojima has never worked on a game for multiple platforms simultaneously, and the game is listed not only for the ps3 and 360 (which is your best case scenario for him making a multiplat), but also the Wii. Secondly, if the game is already up on GameFly, that implies that'll be released pretty soon, probably this year. Anything Kojima might announce would probably be a decent ways off, unless it's a handheld title.
The game, whatever it is, will be probably exclusive to one of the six platforms currently on the market. Yes, even PC is a possibility, given some of Kojima's past comments.
