Japan gets Final Fantasy Tactics on PSN. What about the rest of us?

edit: oh yeah, what's the normal price of a PS game in Japan? I wanna know if this game is much more expensive than normal like FF VII.

 

Are there any significant differences between the original and the PSP game?  I played the PSP one on my brother's PSP and found it pretty enjoyable.
