What's actually the difference between 30fps and 60 fps? Does it make the game less smooth or what? And yes, I'm a graphics noob, but that's just bc I don't care for graphics. I care for design art, atmosphere, gameplay more.

Yeah, 60 FPS makes the game run silky smooth, look at COD4 (60 FPS most the time), Burnout Paradise (60 FPS), Wipeout HD (60 FPS) etc, all run very smooth and fluid,

Good test for you, play COD4 then go on Halo 3, you will see the difference how smooth COD4 is compared to Halo which runs at 30 FPS, different leagues! not that it affects the gameplay though,

I don't have a 360 but have PS3, so which game has 30 FPS and 60 FPS? so I can try it out in the near future. Thanks in advance.

You could try Wipeout HD, COD 4, Burnout Paradise, all of those run at 60 FPS, silky smooth etc,

Then try something like Madden 08, Fifa 09, Need For Speed: Carbon/Undercover, all run at 30 FPS,

I think ALL games on the HD Twins should be running at 60 FPS as standard, no reason for 30 FPS these days when some of the top games show it is more than possible to run at 60FPS without problems.

Burnout Paradise is a stunning game, full of detail, top graphics and one of the fastest games I have played, this runs at 60FPS with no slow down at all so shows it's possible!
