Why would you even want to connect your PSP to a TV if you cant play games ... oh and dont tell me as a reson : ,, for movies " because for that you have a cheap 20$ DVD player in worst case :?

Why would you even want to connect yor PSP to a TV to play games? most likely you'll have a PS2.

So that when you're on the road you can play a great game that isn't on the PS2 like Syphon Filter, then come home and plug it into the TV and play on a bigger screen with good audio. The same goes for watching movies off of UMD or  memory stick. It's like having a more functional PS2 that isn't tied permanently to your TV. I think its brilliant.

My Top 5:

Shadow of the Colossus, Metal Gear Solid 3, Shenmue, Skies of Arcadia, Chrono Trigger

My 2 nex-gen systems: PS3 and Wii

Prediction Aug '08: We see the PSP2 released fall '09. Graphically, it's basically the same as the current system. UMD drive ditched and replaced by 4-8gb on board flash memory. Other upgrades: 2nd analog nub, touchscreen, blutooth, motion sensor. Design: Flip-style or slider. Size: Think Iphone. Cost: $199. Will be profitable on day 1.
