Add-Ons don't work ...
A webcam isn't standard with any game console, however the Wii comes standard with a Wii-mote, thus IMO there could be enough incentive for 3rd parties to port motion sensing Wii games to the PS2 and include the graphically higher quality graphics and sound for the higher end systems. Rather than creating new art for the high end platforms, it may be easier to create the high quality art first and then downgrade this to Wii/PS2 specifications.
IMO it would expand the market for Wii-mote-like motion sensing enabled games.
