The biggest problem was the Blu-Ray. By pushing the format, they made the console to expensive for the mainstream audience. They won the format war but lost the one of consoles.
Also their marketing simply sucks this generation. And then to think they started with awesome ones at the launch of playstation.
In the wilderness we go alone with our new knowledge and strength.
