Yes, the Japanese X360 bundles were counted, because Famitsu and such counted bundles sales as well.
IMO, there shouldn't be much of an issue with Bundle count(s), the X360 bundles with Forza and M:UA should all be bundled with Elites and Prems, so should be real easy to count.
Not only this, bundles are counted in Europe too - FM2 has had some major increases due to lots of FM2 bundles selling.
