When you believe there's only going to be one version, you're more inclined to pick it up. Why do you think Halo Wars and Gears 2 aren't on PC? Maximizing sales!!! Microsoft knows what they're doing, which is why I can see where disolitude is coming from.

We're talking about third parties here, moving hardware is not their problem. And an exclusive GTA IV would have sold millions of copies less than the multiplatform version. So how would that help Take Two?

No, you're not more inclined to pick up a game when it is only on 1 platform. The only difference is that if you want to buy the game you only have 1 available platform to choose from. And Microsoft is not third party, so of course they want to move their hardware.
