Quite surprised Xbox isn't getting many 3rd party exclusives in 2009

This. Everyone wondered why Sony wasn't spending money on their own DLC. Well they were spending money not on DLC but games.

Thats Sandbox, RPG, RPG, RTS, RPG...

I am asking about action and shotters...

Also, this thread is not about MS buying games, but 3rd parties concluding that it would be benefisial to develop a game or 2 for the 360 exclusively to fill the void of exclusive titles in first half of 2009.
