So, wait, he shouldn't review the single player portion? See, if it were a game like Warhawk without a single player portion, he wouldn't review it, and that would be fine. I'm pretty sure he can review a full aspect of the game.
I liked it, but I knew exactly what I was getting into and saw a bit of polish on gameplay I had already seen before. He was thrown in, and after seeing the game hyped to all hell, had expectations that are reasonable for the hype, and in his opinion failed. Which isn't shocking, even I think the hype was rediculous, but at least I theorized that Microsoft cannot allow Halo to fail and have a fairly impressive marketing machine.
