   And by the way, what's up with your signature?  I don't know MikeB, but I followed one of the links from someone's sig and it brought me to a forum which didn't really make him sound like some kind of Sony agent at all.  It sounded like a couple of people arguing on a forum and accusing eachother of being banned from other forums a lot.  Does that really constitute a witch hunt like this, where a bunch of people on the forums here all post extremely negative things about one person in their signatures?

 

    I guess what I'm asking is, can you prove it?  (Sometimes I wonder about these things, can you blame me?)

I'm not mad.  I typically label anyone who immediately tries to stir the flames and discredit another member without understanding him, a fanboy.

He offered his proof or arguments using the past example of the Gamecube being discontinued first and being the lowest seller.

It is a perfectly plausible possibility.

As to the MikeB thing, you have to read all his threads to know why we include a disclaimer for him.  He will bring any topic off track to give a bit of "Amiga and PS3 domination talk".  He also will produce claims or arguments based on what he "thinks" is right.  Then when he has been proven wrong, he ignores it and goes off to another thread to spread the same misinformation around.  We don't hate him for who he favors or who he dislikes.  We don't hate him at all and this isn't a witch hunt.  It is merely something that everyone should know because the majority of people reading his threads will not have the technical background necessary to actually know he is wrong and so he gets away with deceiving many people.  Then after he gets proven wrong he will often times resort to open direct insults against people.

 

Ok, but plenty of people do that.  Seriously, think about it -- that applies to something close to the majority, I would say :)

 

I mean the accusation that he has a vested financial interest in Sony and is biased specifically because they're buying his lunch.  And that because of that he spends his summer days lying about the PS3 to innocent passers by.  Can you really prove that?

 

      And by the way, most witchhunts use the pronoun "we" a lot  :)

 

     Not that this is a witchhunt.  It just seems like crossing the line between disliking someone you argue with and persecuting them.  Maybe you should put a link in your signature which points to some proof?
