XDDD
Sorry I gotta do it again. XDDDDD
Burnout Paradise (last game in the series got 76.6% average on gamerankings)
Devil May Cry4 (last game sold 1.6M on a large userbase, 84.2%)
Tekken - exclusive (Indeed and a large title at that, still just below 90% on gamerankings)
Silent Hill 5 (Last game got 75.6% on game rankings)
Soul Caliber 4 (I can't find proper sales (the .13 on this site cant be right) 86& on gamerankings)
Killzone 2 - exclusive (Last game got 73.2% average)
Little Big Planet - exclusive (Unproven IP)
Tom Clancys EndWar (Unproven and being released on the 360 before the PS3)
Fallout3 (Could easily be pushed to '09, last game 86.1% on gamerankings)
Metal Gear Solid 4 - exclusive (Ill give you this one as well, 91.9% on gamerankings for MGS3)
Unrel tournament3 (And this one, last game on a console 76.7%, last game on PC 92.8%)
Midnight Club: Los Angeles (And this one, last game 86.2%)
Grand Theft Auto IV (And this one, however at a disadvantage to X360 version)
Heavy Rain - exclusive (unproven IP)
Final Fantasy XIII - exclusive (Highly likely to be pushed to '09)
Gran turismo 5 - exclusive (Last game in the series got 89.1%)
The Last Remnant (unproven)
Motorstorm 2 - exclusive (Last game got 82.7%)
Socom 4 - exclusive (last game got 73.9%)
White Night Story - exclusive (Unproven)
Resistance 2 - exclusive (unconfirmed by SCEE or Insomniac)
So your left with one exclusive which is a sequal to a game that got over 90% that is likely to ship in '08. You have one or two (depending on if you count Unreal as over 90% using the PC rank) non exclusives with their predeccesor scoring over 90%. You have 3 exclusives which had prequels between 80 and 90%. You have 4 games that arent exclusives that have prequels between 80 and 90%.
Of course some of those unproven IPs are bound to do well, LBP in particular looks promising, but its hardly the strongest line up ever.
